Raceway Express Car Wash

Justin a month ago

I came to get a car wash from Raceway because it is the best in the market. As soon as I arrive a young lady by the name of Lori came and took care of me. She stated every price of every wash and also explain the different types of chemicals and how it would affect my vehicle. She also went over the different types of payment methods and also offered me the monthly wash. I will be coming back to do the monthly washes due to Lori being probably the best person and the best service I’ve ever had at a car wash. I’m leaving this review just to let you guys know to tell her thank you and I appreciate her support and all the patience she had with me. I was just getting off work and I was very tired and she took the time to explain everything while being pretty hot outside. Thanks again Lori.

Stopped by late Saturday evening after getting off of work for a quick wash. The lady who came out was pretty nice and friendly. Told me about their specials and kinda walked me through signing up for their membership. I wasn’t really interested at first but she insisted and told me how easy it would be to cancel if I didn’t enjoy the services etc. I decided to give it a shot and see how it goes seeing as I’ve had bad experiences at a few other quick car wash spots. Shoutout Lori for the help

I like the automatic wash service here and it cleans my car pretty good, but the biggest thing that I do not like about coming here is the aggressive up-selling when you buy your wash. I have to say no to the monthly package at least 2 or 3 times and that is the biggest reason why I try not to come here and I gave it 3 stars instead of 4. It's a headache and I notice other automatic car washes nearby do not do this. I shouldn't have to justify why I don't want the package (I never use it and it's a waste of money for me). A polite "no" should be enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. My windshield was cracked during the wash, and instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help, the staff immediately claimed the crack was already there which is completely false. I brought my car in perfect condition and know for a fact the damage happened there. When I asked to file a report, they acted like they didn’t care at all. They told me to “write everything down and leave” and said they would get back to me. The entire interaction was rude and dismissive, like they already knew nothing would be done about it. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received any response, update, or compensation. Very unprofessional customer service and extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place if you expect accountability or respect when something goes wrong.
